Maintenance and servicing
We file every project with a full set of project specifications for every screen-cleaning rig we supply. Every service-team member takes this file with them on any field repair or servicing job, and the file is always kept updated with any work or alterations we have carried out on your rig. This means that you can always rely on us and our telephone support if any issues should arise with your screen-cleaning rig. You are welcome to use our service hotline.Replacement parts
Since each project file rests on a specific screen-cleaning rig, we can immediately find out which spare parts are needed. We even have replacement parts on stock for rigs installed back in the sixties. Our service vehicles are equipped with a large selection of parts to ensure that any unknown issues with your rig can be resolved without requiring a second tour by our service staff.Accident-prevention testing
We have trained and qualified staff for repeat testing on screen-cleaning rigs according to the German BGV D6 accident-prevention regulations. On concluding a service agreement, we will take responsibility for compliance with the statutory testing periods, including annual servicing according to the manual.Mechanical work
Our technicians – all qualified experts – will be pleased to perform quality mechanical work on your rig, such as manufacturing door presentation display stands, changing fie doors, retrofitting electric motors for floodgates etc.Repairs
We are equipped for metalwork repairs of any type – exchanging gates and supply pipes for sewage-treatment plants, manufacturing replacement guide wheels on rolling gates or worn base plates on tippers etc.Lathing
We produce lathes parts of all types – including one-offs – on our conventional lathing machines, and manufacture replacement brake drums and clutch disks for commercial vehicles.We also have a specially equipped CNC lathe for machining pitch circles, tapped blind holes, or grooves and curves..

Machining
Our universal CNC machining tool is equipped with an automatic retooling system for twenty-four bits.Specifications

Groove space
Our upright grooving machine is equipped for inner groove spaces according to DIN 6885. We have grooving pins for grooves up to 20 mm width available.Welding
